The warranty for TransFormation is very simple. We offer a money-back warranty (except for travel costs) during the first six months from the day the software is installed on your server. Simply put, if you ask for your money back for any reason during the first six months, we will return it. During the first six months, any program defects are corrected at no charge. Beyond the first six months, program defects are corrected at no charge so long as you are paying the monthly software maintenance fee.
