- All necessary information to automatically calculate payroll taxes and workers’ compensation expenses is stored in the employee master file.
- The Payroll System handles all special deductions including sec. 125 and 401k.
- The system produces quarterly and annual reports plus W-2s.
- Payroll also integrates Human Resources by providing reports by user-defined parameters.
- Dates can be pre-coded for automated activation of deductions and wage changes.
- Daily reports are available to show expenses by location and or job class.
- Daily payroll input may be done at individual locations.
